Cold and flu

Elderflower and Yarrow

Mix Elderflower and Yarrow to make a wonderful tea for all cold and flu symptoms.

Mix the herbs and drink 1 teaspoon in a cup 3 times a day.
Mouth Ulcers

1 Teaspoon of Sage leaf in a cup of boiling water.

Leave for 10 - 15 min.

Strain and drink 3 cups per day
Herbal Tea for chronic constipation

For chronic constipation soad 1 tablespoon flaxseed in 5 times the aount of water. Leave for a few hours and drink.
