How to Use a Imphepho Smudge Stick:

1. Light the end of the stick: Use a lighter or match to ignite the tip of the smudge stick.
2. Extinguish the flame: Once the end is lit, gently blow out the flame to create a smoldering tip.
3. Waft the smoke: Use a feather or your hand to waft the smoke around your space, focusing on areas where you want to cleanse or purify.
4. Extinguish the stick: When you’re finished, extinguish the smudge stick in a heat-safe container filled with sand or water.
