The muthi is extracted and mixed into the soap during the soap making process. This allow the client to simply use the soap to bath with.

Cold and flu

Elderflower and Yarrow

Mix Elderflower and Yarrow to make a wonderful tea for all cold and flu symptoms.

Mix the herbs and drink 1 teaspoon in a cup 3 times a day.
Mouth Ulcers

1 Teaspoon of Sage leaf in a cup of boiling water.

Leave for 10 - 15 min.

Strain and drink 3 cups per day
Herbal Tea for chronic constipation

For chronic constipation soad 1 tablespoon flaxseed in 5 times the aount of water. Leave for a few hours and drink.
